Vetreality grew from practical experience in animal care. Working across different environments gave us first-hand insight into the needs of animals and the people responsible for them: owners, breeders, groomers, retailers, veterinary teams and other professionals.
We saw people who wanted to provide excellent care but did not always have straightforward access to the right products, reliable information or professional solutions.
We recognised opportunities for better nutrition and coat care; greater focus on genetics, responsible breeding and husbandry; deeper bonds and better understanding between pets and their owners, alongside stronger partnerships between working dogs and their handlers; and better access to equipment and animal-health solutions.
Above all, we saw the value of helping people understand their options and make informed decisions.
