Choose the right arrangement
Training and stays, explained.
Board & Train
A residential stay with an agreed training programme. Ask about current places, accommodation, exercise, supervision, progress updates and the owner handover before booking.
Dates, training sessions, care arrangements and fees must be confirmed in writing.
Dog Boarding
An accommodation and care stay without an included training programme. Please enquire to confirm whether standalone boarding is currently available for your dates and your dog's needs.
Training is included only when specifically agreed.
Before you book
Help us prepare for your dog.
Health & behaviour
- Provide vaccination records, including rabies, and preventive-care history. We confirm admission requirements individually.
- Disclose illnesses, injuries, allergies, medication, bites, aggression, fear, escape behaviour and separation distress.
- Provide your vet's details and an emergency contact. Dogs with suspected contagious illness should await veterinary clearance.
For an overnight stay
- Confirm check-in, collection, authorised collectors and any transport arrangements.
- Agree food quantities, feeding times, medication instructions and special care needs.
- Bring agreed food, prescribed medication with written instructions and any requested equipment. Record belongings at check-in.
- Confirm housing, exercise, rest, supervision and arrangements for contact with other dogs.
Your programme & quotation
- Confirm goals, session numbers, duration, dates and location.
- Request an itemised quotation with currency, deposit, balance dates and all agreed extras.
- Review cancellation, rescheduling, refund and late-collection arrangements before committing.
- Arrange owner coaching and handover. Progress varies and continued practice at home matters.
Client agreements & forms
Your booking paperwork.
Request the applicable forms before confirming your booking. We agree the service, care plan, price and relevant terms in writing and provide you with a copy.
For training bookings
Client Dog Training Agreement and programme schedule, plus the Dog Health & Behaviour Intake Form.
Additional arrangements
Residential Board & Train Addendum for overnight training stays; Home Visit Addendum for training at your property; Protection & Security Addendum when specialist work is agreed. For boarding only, request the applicable boarding terms.
Photos & communication
Media consent is a separate, optional choice. Providing a WhatsApp number for booking updates does not provide consent to marketing.
